Running every Monday 10.30am-12.30pm, the Happy Mondays group is full of joy and laughter. Activities range from outings, arts & crafts, quizzes, educational workshops, and so much more!

Running every Tuesday 10.30am-12.30pm, Head Forward is a group you don’t want to miss! The group adopts a chilled out feel, allowing you to chat and laugh with you peers, play board games, bake delicious treats, and much more.

This groups runs every Thursday 10.30-12.30pm, and is safe space for women to make connections. Activities include baking, arts and crafts, outtings, quizzes, etc.

This is our gardening group ran from our very own allotment! The group meets every Friday 10.30am-12.30pm to keep our allotment looking beautiful.
