Family Connect

Family Connect is a supportive group for family members of people living with a brain injury, offering a welcoming space to come together, share experiences, and connect with others who understand similar journeys.

The group provides a relaxed and friendly environment where you can talk openly, listen, and gain mutual support. It’s a chance to step away from daily pressures, meet other families, and know you are not alone in what you’re going through.

Sessions include informal discussion and gentle activities designed to encourage connection, understanding, and peer support in a safe and comfortable setting.

Whether you come to share, listen, or simply take some time for yourself, Family Connect is here to support you and help build a caring community around families affected by brain injury.
