One of the key services that Headway Derby provide is 1-1 community outreach. This is an invaluable service that can help brain injury survivors live a more independent and fulfilling life. It is a fairly flexible service, that can be tailored around the specific individual, whilst always keeping their best interests in mind.

1-1 outreach can be tailored to many different environments, meaning it can be delivered wherever the individual feels most comfortable. This could be in the home, in their local community, or even at our City Centre based Hub.

The outreach team is lead by our Community Outreach Lead, and supported by our highly skilled Brain Injury Mentors.
